This is our Client Support Portal. It is used for private Dr-Patient communications.
How to use the Portal:
First, you must be an existing client, with signed Confidentiality form.
Your Portal account will be created and set up ahead of time.
Login with your credentials
You should see your initial "ticket" ID.
Click on the Ticket to read and reply to the ticket.
You can continue replying back and forth on the same ticket, create a new one or close out a ticket.
